At Adler Row Co., we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Hats

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Seasonal or holiday items

  • Intimates and bodysuits

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Adler Row Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may use your store credit to place a new order.
