Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if you’ve opted in).

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally range from 2–7 business days after your order ships. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Adler Row Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim or locating your package whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Adler Row Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be resent.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping

At this time, Adler Row Co. ships within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
